Welcome to the Tech Center!
All of our technicians are Bernina certified and service all Bernina sewing machines and sergers. We also service and repair All Brands of sewing machines and sergers.

Clean, Oil & Adjust $99.00

Hourly repair rate $60.00/hr

Scissor Sharpening $6.00/pair
Tech Do's and Don'ts
- Do oil your machine before each use
- Do change your needle every 4-6 sewing hours
- Do use the vacuum attachment to keep the lint and dust out of your machine
- Do keep your machine plugged into a serge protector at all times
- Do use good quality European thread in your machine
- Do use the foam pad when using the up right spool holder
- Do have your machine serviced at least once a year with a "Clean, Oil & Adjust" by a certified Bernina technician.
- Do not use canned air to clean your machine
- Do not try and self diagnose or repair your machine
- Do not leave your machine in the heat for long periods of time
