I have lots of exciting news, classes, event, and new product to report this week….

First off…CHRIS IS BACK!! If you didn’t already know Chris has graduated college, done all of his showcases and took a cruise with his family but I would like to officially welcome him back to his BERNINA family!

Now on to some fun new classes and events…

National Sewing Machine day is on June 13^th and we will be celebrating with some GREAT pricing and financing on all of our machines Friday June 11^th – Monday June 14^th!

Christmas fabric is continuing to come in; here is a picture of what we have so far. You have to stop in to see this fabric; pictures just don’t do it justice!

I finally have the Tropical Breeze designs completed and construction begins Friday!

Freaky Friday 5/21/2010

Getting ready for Margaritaville!!

This Friday I am getting ready for Margaritaville Night at BERNINA of Richmond; I’m making a really fun table runner from Lunch Box Quilts.

The pattern is Island Breeze and I will be doing my Freaky Friday demos on machine appliqué IN THE HOOP!!!

AHHH!!! I will not be in the store this weekend, I have to work in Irvington and support our other shop with the Blue Crab Crawl so I have a substitute for this week’s demos.

Now this is where thing get a little FREAKY….It’s STEVE!!!

Yes Steve will be out on the floor all day Friday to demo and answer any technical questions you may have about your machine. Cleaning, oiling, threading, needles, and any other questions you may have about your baby.

Have an older BERNINA and forget how to use some of your stitches? Friday is the day to come in and get a QUICK review!

Steve will have maintenance demos at 10am, 12pm, & 2pm, and in-between he will be available for other questions about your BERNINA machine.

**PLEASE note that because Steve will be substituting for me on Friday he will NOT be servicing any machines, if you are having a specific problem that requires repair you will need to drop off your machine and the standard repair times will apply.
